1. Ordering & Payment
1.1 How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your chosen products to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You can check out securely as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.
1.2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted gateways.
1.3 Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it before dispatch.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
2.2 How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel is on its way.
2.3 How much does delivery cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Occasionally, we offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
2.4 What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected date, please contact us at info@peakhomedecor.co.uk, and we’ll investigate with the courier.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return window under UK law. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Please email info@peakhomedecor.co.uk to start your return.
3.2 Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
3.3 What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Products & Care
4.1 Are your products handmade?
Many of our pieces are handcrafted or hand-finished, resulting in unique variations that add character to each item.
4.2 How should I care for my products?
Please refer to individual product descriptions for care details. Most of our serveware should be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain their finish.
4.3 Are your products dishwasher safe?
Items such as porcelain and titanium-finish serveware are generally dishwasher safe. However, we recommend gentle washing to preserve their lustre and longevity.
5. Gift Orders
5.1 Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes! Simply add the recipient’s address at checkout. Currently, we don’t include pricing information in delivery parcels.
5.2 Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
At present, we don’t offer gift wrapping — but we’re working on adding this feature soon.
