Where a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
6. Orders and Payments
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. Klarna's own terms and conditions apply to any buy now pay later arrangement entered into through their service. Payments are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where fraud or misuse is suspected, where a pricing error has occurred, or where a product is no longer available. In such cases a full refund will be issued promptly.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment being confirmed
- Estimated delivery within the UK is 2–5 business days
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
- If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at info@peakhomedecor.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Where a delivery is attempted and you are not available, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. We are not responsible for goods that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.
8. Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel
8.1 Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right you must notify us in writing within the 14-day cancellation period by emailing info@peakhomedecor.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Following your notification, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
We will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
This right to cancel does not apply to personalised, custom-made or bespoke items.
8.2 Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or does not match its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@peakhomedecor.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We Are HG Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any products purchased through it.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015
