1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses will be automatically cancelled and refunded.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
  • During busy periods such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We partner with trusted UK couriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight, size, and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website and automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details and courier information.

You can track your delivery using the link provided in the email at any time.


6. Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us because of an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, additional redelivery fees may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

We take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

8. Delivery Delays & Liability

Once an order has been dispatched, Peak Home Decor is not responsible for courier delays or external circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, weather events, or incorrect customer details).

We will always do our best to assist in tracking and resolving any courier issues.


9. Lost Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within 10 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

A replacement or refund will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
