1. Standard Orders
If you wish to cancel a standard order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@peakhomedecor.co.uk.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
- If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Once a return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- From time to time, Peak Home Decor may offer pre-order products that are not immediately available for dispatch.

- Once a pre-order item has shipped, it is treated as a standard purchase and follows our usual returns process.
- If production or delivery timelines change, we will notify you by email and offer the option to keep or cancel your order.
