1. Standard Orders

If you wish to cancel a standard order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@peakhomedecor.co.uk.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Once a return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order is faulty or cancelled before dispatch.


  • 2. Pre-Orders (if applicable)
  • From time to time, Peak Home Decor may offer pre-order products that are not immediately available for dispatch.
  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has shipped for a full refund.
  • Once a pre-order item has shipped, it is treated as a standard purchase and follows our usual returns process.
  • If production or delivery timelines change, we will notify you by email and offer the option to keep or cancel your order.

  • 3. Subscriptions or Scheduled Deliveries (if applicable)
  • If subscription or recurring purchase options are offered in the future, you may cancel or amend your subscription by:
  • Logging into your customer account (if available), or
  • Contacting us at info@peakhomedecor.co.uk at least 5 business days before the next scheduled billing date.
  • Cancellations requested after billing has been processed will apply to the next cycle.

  • 4. Faulty or Incorrect Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • We will confirm receipt of your request and update you on the next steps.

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Products marked as non-returnable or “final sale”

  • 7. Refunds After Cancellation
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund times vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but are typically completed within 10 business days.
